thanks for all the responses!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to say thanks to those of you who responded to my question "why are you vegan?" I really enjoyed reading about the wavy paths leading to veganism. I'm also excited about trying out some vegan recipes on my non-vegan family at Thanksgiving. I found a vegan pumpkin pie recipe the other day...we'll see how it goes!

I've been making this pumpkin pie recipe for 9 years! It was probably one of my earliest google searches, "vegan pumpkin pie," and it was the first hit. And it IS a hit!
