No sheep for you!
Ok, so it's not a totally vegan book, but it's not meant to be. It's a no-animal-hair book, which still sounds good to me. I'm pretty sure the only unvegan yarn in here is silk, but I don't know because it won't be out until Mar/Apr. But, you can pre-order on Amazon here. I SO want to browse the table of contents!=)

You're right, it isn't vegan, but it's a start. The author is the editor of knitty.com, she's allergic to wool. I'll probably get it, it'll be a nice reference to pretty plant-based yarns!
Wouldn't it be nice to go to a vegan yarn store so we don't have to read all the labels? I still can't always tell by a glance what is an animal fibre and what is plant or synthetic.
